INKA definition

INKA means INKA, LLC, a Nevada limited partnership in which
INKA has the meaning assigned to that term on the face page of this Agreement;
INKA means INKA, LLC, a Nevada limited partnership in which Eupierre owns a 50% interest. The other 50% interest is owned by Joseph Soraci.
