Initial Token Price means the final, per Token, purchase price established by the Company as of the Token Sale Commencement Date.

Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.
SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.
Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.
IPO Price means the initial public offering price of a REIT Share in the IPO.
