Following such Initial Stated Maturity Extension, the Borrower may, at any time thereafter, make a request to the Administrative Agent to extend the date set forth in the definition of “Stated Maturity Date” (as revised by the Initial Stated Maturity Extension) for an additional period of one year (such extension, the “Second Stated Maturity Extension”).
The Stated Maturity Date (as revised by the Initial Stated Maturity Extension) may be extended by one year upon the mutual agreement among the Administrative Agent, SMBC (so long as SMBC is the Collateral Agent, the Lender or the Replacement Servicer), the Borrower and the Servicer.
