Initial Quantity definition

Initial Quantity means [**] bottles of CollaGenex Supplied Product, each containing 100 tablets, and each bottle bearing the label of Mutual Pharmaceutical Company, Inc.
Initial Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(d)(i).
Initial Quantity means the number of bushels of Corn Producer expects to purchase for delivery on the Projected Date of First Delivery.

Examples of Initial Quantity in a sentence

  • Producer shall notify Cargill two (2) months in advance of the Projected Date of First Delivery of any revisions to the Initial Quantity or Projected Date of First Delivery, together with its anticipated need for Corn during the first six months of operations at the Ethanol Facility.

Related to Initial Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;
