Initial Quantities definition

Initial Quantities means, for each of the [***] Research Candidates that include the same SGEN Building Block, at least [***] mg of the respective protein.
Initial Quantities means the initial quantities of the API set forth in Schedule 1.3 (aa) hereto.

Examples of Initial Quantities in a sentence

  • For avoidance of doubt, and subject to Section 4.2, SGEN shall be responsible for the FTE Costs and Out-of-Pocket Costs associated with providing such Initial Quantities or such additional quantities of the Research Candidates.

  • For each Research Candidate, PIRS shall be responsible for providing Initial Quantities of such Research Candidates under a mutually-agreed timeline and as set forth in the applicable Research Candidate Plan.

  • For purposes of clarity, Teva hereby explicitly agrees to be responsible for any willful breach by Plantex to timely provide ALO with Initial Quantities including special, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or lost profits whether in contract, warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising out of the failure to timely provide such Initial Quantities.

Related to Initial Quantities

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.
