Initial Customers definition

Initial Customers have the meanings given in subclause (3) of Clause 8;
Initial Customers means Customers of Vodafone that have a contractual arrangements for Services that are effective on the day immediately preceding the Effective Date and which are identified on Exhibit B.
Initial Customers means those customers that have contracts with NTTC as of July 1, 2001 and who executed Initial Customer Contracts on or prior to June 14, 2002.
