Initial Court Order definition

Initial Court Order means the Order of the Court sanctioning this Scheme under section 425 of the Companies Act;
Initial Court Order means the order of the Court approving certain amendments to the plan of arrangement involving Onco Alberta, Onco BC and Onco US that was effective December 10, 2007, in the form agreed to by Gamehost and Onco US prior to the entering into of this Agreement, or as otherwise directed by the Court and acceptable to Gamehost in its sole discretion, acting reasonably;
Initial Court Order means the very first court order that authorizes the child’s removal from the home. It is this court order that must have the contrary to the welfare judicial finding. The typical initial court order that authorizes removal is the Temporary Physical Custody Order (TPC) or the Dispositional Order.

  • Tribal Court means a court with jurisdiction over child custody proceedings and that is either a Court of Indian Offenses, a court established and operated under the code of custom of an Indian tribe or any other administrative body of a tribe that is vested with authority over child custody proceedings.

  • Trial court means the court or agency from which an appeal or judicial review is taken.

  • Special Court means a Court of Session designated as Special Court under sub-section (1) of section 43;

  • Ontario Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

  • Court Order means any judgment, order, award or decree of any foreign, federal, state, local or other court or tribunal and any award in any arbitration proceeding.
