Initial Buildings definition

Initial Buildings means any buildings or structures constructed on the Property pursuant to Discretionary Approvals or Ministerial Permits and Approvals issued prior to the City Council’s final approval of this Agreement.

Examples of Initial Buildings in a sentence

  • The proceeds of the Second Installment shall be used to purchase the solar systems for the Initial Buildings and to pay to the Developer a portion of its Development Fee, as shown on Schedule E.

  • The proceeds of such Managing Member’s Capital Contributions shall be used by the Company to purchase the solar systems installed at the Initial Buildings and to pay to the Developer a portion of its Development Fee, as shown on Schedule E.

  • The amount of the Second Installment shall be an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts reflected in the column entitled “Investor Member Capital Contributions” on Schedule E with respect to such Initial Buildings.

  • Industrial building means a building used for or in connection with,

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.
