Initial Beneficial Owners definition

Initial Beneficial Owners has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Initial Beneficial Owners means Northbridge General Insurance Corporation, Odyssey Reinsurance Company, Allied World Assurance Company, Ltd., United States Fire Insurance Company, RiverStone Insurance Limited and Zenith Insurance Company.
Initial Beneficial Owners means the holders of Holdco Notes and Existing HoldCo Equity Interests (in each case, as defined in the Plan).

  • Potential Beneficial Owner means a customer of a Broker-Dealer or a Broker-Dealer that is not a Beneficial Owner of shares of AMPS but that wishes to purchase such shares, or that is a Beneficial Owner that wishes to purchase additional shares of AMPS.
