The Information Receiver may, to the extent required by law, decline to perform its affected obligations under the Transaction Documents to which it is a party.

The obligations of Receiver to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information Receiver receives under this Agreement shall survive the completion of the Project.
In the event the Receiver must disclose Discloser’s Confidential Information, Receiver shall disclose only the minimum amount of Confidential Information as is required, in the opinion of Receiver’s counsel, to comply with law, regulation or judicial or administrative order mandating disclosure.
