In no event may the Company deliver more than two (2) notices, collectively, of an Information Blackout and/or a Registration Delay in any twelve (12) consecutive month period, and the aggregate number of days in which any Blackout Periods may be in effect in any twelve (12) consecutive month period shall not exceed ninety (90) days.
