Indirect Referral definition

Indirect Referral means the Downlines within the Referral Line of an Independent Representative, other than his/her Direct referrals.

  • Direct Recruitment means an appointment made otherwise than by promotion or by transfer of an official already in the service of the Government of India of any State Government ;

  • Direct response solicitation means a solicitation through a sponsoring or endorsing entity or individually solely through mails, telephone, the Internet or other mass communication media.

  • Indirect services means special education services provided by a special education teacher which include ongoing progress reviews; cooperative planning; consultation; demonstration teaching; modification and adaptation of the environment, curriculum, materials, or equipment; and direct contact with children with disabilities to monitor and observe.

  • Direct request means a petition filed by an individual in a tribunal of this state in a proceeding involving an obligee, obligor, or child residing outside the United States.

  • Data Subject Request means a request from a Data Subject to exercise its rights under the Data Protection Laws in respect of that Data Subject's Personal Data;
