Index Options definition

Index Options means “OTC Options” as defined in, and subject to the limitations set forth in, the Investment Guidelines, to the extent credited (in full or in part) to the Funds Withheld Account in accordance with this Agreement.
Index Options. These are very similar to stock options, but rather than the underlying security being stocks in a specific company it is an index – such as the S&P 500. Forex/Currency Options: Contracts of this type grant the owner the right to buy or sell a specific currency at an agreed exchange rate.

  • Stock Index Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise, to receive an amount of cash determined by reference to the difference between the exercise price and the value of the index on the date of exercise.

  • Option Date means, with respect to any Stock Option, the date on which the Stock Option is awarded under the Plan.

  • Ordinary Shares Equivalents means any securities of the Company or the Subsidiaries which would entitle the holder thereof to acquire at any time Ordinary Shares, including, without limitation, any debt, preferred stock, right, option, warrant or other instrument that is at any time convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, or otherwise entitles the holder thereof to receive, Ordinary Shares.

  • Index Price on a given date shall mean the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies composing the Index Group.

  • Index Value means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day:

  • Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Incentive Shares means Shares awarded pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.

  • Covered Call Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities (excluding Futures Contracts) which are owned by the writer thereof and subject to appropriate restrictions.

  • Equivalent Shares means Preferred Shares and any other class or series of capital stock of the Company which is entitled to the same rights, privileges and preferences as the Preferred Shares.

  • Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Call Option Date As defined in Section 10.01(a) hereof.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).
