In-Network Only Plan definition

In-Network Only Plan means the fully insured group health benefit option under the SHBP that provides access to the Network Providers and a differential in cost sharing to incentivize Members to utilize Network Providers rather than Out-of-Network Providers. The In-Network Only Plan may include more than one coverage option, e.g., a “Gold Option” and a “Silver Option,” each of which shall be described in the Award and the applicable EOC and in any enrollment materials provided to Members before their selection of a Plan Option, but references in this Contract to the In-Network Only Plan shall include and apply to all such options.
