import connection definition

import connection means a connection to a transmission system or distribution system (within the meaning of section 4(4) of the Electricity Act 1989) for the purpose of enabling electricity to be conveyed from that system; and

  • Illicit connection means any man-made conveyance connecting an illicit discharge directly to a municipal separate storm sewer.

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017, as amended from time to time;

  • transport contract means a contract of carriage for reward or free of charge between a railway undertaking or a ticket vendor and the passenger for the provision of one or more transport services;

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the Housing Party.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;
