Paid Services. A Party may terminate the Contract in accordance with the renewal provisions of the Order Form. If not specified in the Order Form, either Party can terminate the Contract by providing a written Notice to the other Party of termination, ninety (90) days prior to the end of the current Term.

Paid Services. Certain of our Services may be subject to payments now or in the future (the “Paid Services”). We do not currently offer any paid services. In the future, please note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Paid Service are deemed part of these Terms.

Paid Services. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for paying all fees due for the paid version of the Service, as set forth on the applicable order between you and SigOpt (each, an “Order”). The terms and conditions of each Order are incorporated by reference herein and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of an Order. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and an Order, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control. SigOpt reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to the paid version of the Service if you exceed your monthly usage allocations.

Paid Services. We allow you to use certain features on Cheelee in exchange for fees, as applicable to the relevant features or content (collectively, each a “Paid Service” and collectively the "Paid Services"). Payments are accepted via the payment method offered on Cheelee and indicated by you prior to purchase. If you hold ▇▇▇ and Cheel tokens, we may offer you benefits. You may choose to use Cheelee without ever holding or using CHEEL and ▇▇▇ tokens, NFT. Prices for any Paid Service may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. You agree to pay for any Paid Service that you order.

Paid Services. Certain portions of the Services may be, in FinTech Studios’ sole discretion, free of charge while other features or contents may require a subscription or upfront payment. A subscription may be purchased for individuals or for organizations online or via email to ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or through a FinTech Studios Partner. Except as stated in a separate agreement between FinTech Studios and you or your Company, subscriptions are subject to recurring billing. You authorize us to automatically bill your payment method (e.g. credit card) and auto-renew the subscription term to avoid interruption to your Services. FinTech Studios will indicate for each Service the applicable renewal and payment intervals. In each case, billing for the full amount will occur on the first day of the chosen subscription period. Each renewal term will be consistent with the initial applicable subscription term. You may cancel the subscription renewal by giving FinTech Studios an advance written notice sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled renewal date. Notwithstanding cancellation of a subscription, you agree to continue to pay us the applicable fees through the end of the applicable subscription period. Subscription fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Failure to pay the subscription fees may result in the termination of your subscription.

Paid Services. The Services include a variety of products and services that are free to use (“Free Services”), as well as certain products and services that require payment (“Paid Services”). We reserve the right to charge for Free Services or change the price for Paid Services, at any time. If you purchase any of our Paid Services, you agree to pay us any applicable fees and taxes and you agree to any additional terms that may apply. You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts either directly by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or indirectly via a third-party payment processor. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of the applicable Paid Service. If you are directed to a third-party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing the use of that third-party’s service and that third-party’s personal information collection practices. Please note that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not liable for any bank fees, foreign exchange fees, or differences in prices based on geographic location. Sparrow or its third-party payment processor may store and continue billing your payment method in order to charge you for other Paid Services you may buy.

Paid Services a) The 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons covered by this Agreement shall consist of 32 paid weeks over a maximum of a 36 week period for the Core musicians. The 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons covered by this Agreement shall consist of 32 paid weeks over a maximum of a 34 week season, and at least 2 additional paid weeks which may be non-contiguous to the 34 week season. These additional weeks shall be optional for all musicians, and will not be counted in the 40% business leave. b) The 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons covered by this Agreement shall consist of a minimum of 75 paid services for the part-time musicians. The 2008-09 and 2009- 10 seasons covered by this Agreement shall consist of a minimum of 80 paid services for the part-time musicians. c) The number of services to be offered to each musician in the following season must appear in that musician's Employment Agreement.

Paid Services. We provide taxes services in Israel (together the “Services"). the Services purchase is permitted for (i) any individual who are at least 18 years and/or entities represented by authorized personnel with the authority to bind them to contractual agreement; and (ii) holds a valid credit card issued by a recognized bank or other financial institutions which we support; and (ii) authorize us to charge your card for total amount of the purchase, including applicable taxes. When performing any online operation, you will be required to enter complete and correct information required and requested by us or the system, including first name, last name, full address, I.D number, E-mail address and payment details. Approval of the transaction by the credit card company issuing the card was used to make the online booking is a prerequisite for approval of any online operation. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the financial organization, the transaction will not be valid and the order will be void and canceled. We will not be responsible for any error made by you while entering information for the purpose of an online purchase, including a customer's personal identification information. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, we reserve the right to cancel any such booking. In rare cases possible mistakes in information about the Services on the website, including their prices. These mistakes are resulting from a human error or a typos. In these you will not be able to benefit of the error and he will be asked to purchase the service at the correct price. We may cancel or change any promotion at any time. The prices do not include any additional or other expenses that may apply.

Paid Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Qlik grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable, worldwide and non-sublicensable right during the term of this Agreement to use the Services for Customer’s internal business operations. Qlik further grants to Customer the right to allow Permitted Third Parties to use the Services solely in connection with Customer’s business relationship with the Permitted Third Party. Any use of Services during the Term shall be (i) in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) limited to the maximum number of Authorized Users (by user type if applicable), capacity allotment and/or the maximum storage space specified on any Ordering Document (including any enhanced functionality or additional services, if available). Customer’s right to use the Services is subject to any use limitations that may be based on the version of the Services for which Customer registers as set forth in the Documentation and/or as set forth in the Ordering Document (collectively, the "Scope Limitations").
