For the reasons stated by the IMEU, the Committee and B.C. Hydro, the Commission feels that a generic hearing would be both inefficient and inappropriate.
The IMEU also argued against a generic hearing which involved broad restructuring questions, recalling that such efforts have been unsuccessful in the past, and suggesting that the Commission would be doing a “disservice” if it embarked down that path again.
