Imbalance Charge definition

Imbalance Charge has the meaning given in clause 8.7(a).
Imbalance Charge means the charge payable to a Shipper in respect of a Positive Imbalance or the charge payable by a Shipper in respect of a Negative Imbalance;
Imbalance Charge. “Partial Curtailment”; “Partial Curtailment Compensation”; “Partial Curtailment Compensation Excess”; “Partial Curtailment Compensation Shortfall”; “Preliminary Annual QCPC Report”; “Qualifying CPC Event”; “Qualifying Curtailment”; “Qualifying Partial Curtailment”; and “Revised Annual QCPC Information”; and, if such definitions are so disapplied, any reference to any of the foregoing definitions in any other definition shall be disregarded.

  • Pursuant to the above, the Monthly Fuel Imbalance Charge is calculated in accordance with Equation C1-9.

More Definitions of Imbalance Charge

Imbalance Charge means any scheduling penalties, imbalance penalties, overpull or unauthorized overrun penalties, operational flow order penalties, cash out charges, banking charges or similar penalties, fees or charges, assessed by, or oversupply credits or payments due with respect to a failure to comply with balance and/or scheduling requirements of any applicable entity, specifically excluding any distribution charges imposed by PG&E on the delivery of the Energy hereunder.
Imbalance Charge means a charge for oversupply or undersupply of Electric Energy incurred pursuant to Schedule 4 of ComEd's Open Access Transmission Tariff or the Interconnection Agreement.
Imbalance Charge means the Positive Imbalance Charge and the Negative Imbalance Charge and shall be calculated in accordance with Clause 6.3.
Imbalance Charge means the Positive Imbalance Charge or the Negative Imbalance Charge as per Access Code.
Imbalance Charge means the charge payable by the User in accordance with section 1.3.8.
