Illegal Weapon definition
Illegal Weapon means any object recognized by Applicable Law as illegal to possess or use. “Legally Possesses” – means possession that is in strict compliance with Applicable Law.
Illegal Weapon means those weapons listed in RSA 159:16, i.e. any stiletto, switch knife, blackjack, dagger, dirk-knife, sling shot, or metallic knuckles.
Illegal Weapon means any weapon that is possessed contrary to law.
