IJDA definition

IJDA means the Indemnity and Joint Defense Agreement dated as of October 28, 1996, among the Company, The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and Cognizant Corporation, as amended by the side letter dated December 10, 1996, from the Company and confirmed and agreed by The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and Cognizant Corporation.
