Identities definition

Identities means electronic profiles associated with uniquely identifiable individuals to which attributes, access and activity is authorized. Identities do not include inactive, disabled, or terminated accounts associated with persons who no longer are authorized users of Customer’s network.
Identities means Workforce Identities, Partner Identities and/or Customer Identities, as applicable.
Identities means a unique identifier for a device or user that is/are managed by the Software.

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by GPISD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).

  • voting information means postal voting information and/or e-voting information 1.2 Other expressions used in these rules and in Schedule 7 to the NHS Act 2006 have the same meaning in these rules as in that Schedule.

  • Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.

  • Business Relationship Strength for the purpose of this RFP shall mean the definition and commitment of the respondent towards a mutually successful “relationship” between the selected contractor and HCC for the duration of the contract. Respondent’s Statement of Qualification must include their definition, proposal and commitment to forge, foster and maintain a mutually successful “relationship” with HCC. At a minimum, your response must include:

  • Competitors has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Disqualified Lender”.

  • Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Ordering Information means (i) a reference to this Agreement; (ii) the Customer's name; (iii) the SAP Cloud Service for which Provider is ordering subscriptions for a specific Customer and the total number of Authorized Users (or other usage metric stated in the Order Form) for each product; (iv) the subscription fees due for the SAP Cloud Services and the length of the subscription term; the (v) Provider billing contact information and such other information as set forth in the form of the Order Form.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Reasonable grounds means that a reasonable person in your position would also suspect the information indicates misconduct or a breach of the law.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Identity proofing means a process or service by which a third person provides a notary public with a means to verify the identity of a remotely located individual by a review of personal information from public or private data sources.

  • Patient identifying information means an insured's address, telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address, photograph or likeness, employer, employment status, social security number, or any other information that is likely to lead to the identification of the insured.

  • Other Information has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(b).

  • Rating Information means any oral or written information provided to a Rating Agency for the purpose of (a) determining the initial credit rating for the Certificates, including information about the characteristics of the Receivables and the legal structure of the Certificates, or (b) undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Certificates, including information about the characteristics and performance of the Receivables.
