iDEN Network definition

iDEN Network means the national integrated digital enhanced network owned and operated by Nextel and its Related Parties on the date of the Sprint Nextel Merger.
iDEN Network means the wireless network operated by Related Parties of Sprint PCS in the 800 MHz and 900 MHz spectrum range utilizing iDEN technology.
iDEN Network means the iDEN network owned and operated by Sprint, Sprint’s Controlled Affiliates and/or certain network affiliates of Sprint and its Controlled Affiliates.
