If the Contractor wishes to change all or any part of the Contractor's ICT System it shall be deemed to be a Change and the provisions of the Change Procedure shall apply.
A description of the Authority's ICT System is set out in the Asset Register.
The Contractor shall maintain the Asset Register so that at all times it contains an accurate and complete list of the Authority's Equipment, the Contractor's Equipment, ICT System, leases and software used in the provision of the Services.
The Contractor shall: supply, install, configure, test and commission the Contractor's ICT System and any replacement, upgrade or modification as may from time to time be made to or incorporated into the Contractor's ICT System and be responsible for maintaining the Contractor's ICT System in accordance with the Authority's Requirements for the purposes of providing the Services (including by interfacing with the Authority's ICT System for that purpose).
The Contractor hereby grants the Authority and each Related Organisation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use for the term of this Contract the Contractor's ICT System as reasonably required to receive the Services or otherwise enjoy the benefit of this Contract.
The Authority or its appointed agents shall be responsible for ensuring the security of the Authority's ICT System up to the point at which there is a physical or logical interface with the Contractor's ICT System.
The Contractor shall use the latest versions of anti-virus definitions and software available from an industry accepted anti-virus software vendor to check for, contain the spread of, minimise the adverse effects of and delete Malicious Software from the Contractor's ICT System.
The Authority hereby grants the Contractor a non-exclusive, personal, revocable, royalty-free licence to use for the term of this Contract the Authority's ICT System and any and all Relevant Data solely and exclusively for the purpose of complying with its obligations under this Contract and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Such Security Test shall be carried out (i) at least annually, (ii) in the event of a material change in the Contractor System or in the Authority ICT System or (iii) at the request of the Authority which request may include, but is not limited to, a repeat of a previous Security Test.
The Contractor shall, subject to the requirements of Clause B2.3, recruit prospective Participants for the Provision and, with effect from the Service Start Date, the Contractor shall provide such details of the prospective Participants to the Authority as the Authority requires in order to input such details onto the Authority ICT System.
