  • DBH shall provide, or arrange for, technical assistance in resolving difficulties in accessing and using ICANS.

  • Accordingly, DBH does not assume any liability for, or relating to, any impairment of the privacy, security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, or restricted use of any information on ICANS resulting from any action or failure to act of any Agency or other party other than DBH; provided, however, DBH shall not be excused from liability to the extent that DBH has failed to redress, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, patterns of misbehavior or misconduct by an Agency.

  • The ICANS Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into, and thus is a part of, these Terms and Conditions.

  • A registered Authorized User may use ICANS only for the purposes described in the ICANS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and in accordance with this Section.
