Hypervision Companies definition

Hypervision Companies means Hypervision and Hypervision Taiwan, either of them being a “Hypervision Company”.

  • Neither of the Hypervision Companies is subject to any liability or penalty under Sections 4975 through 4980B of the Code or Title I of ERISA.

Related to Hypervision Companies

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.
