Hydrogeologic Report definition

Hydrogeologic Report means a report by a Texas licensed geoscientist or a Texas licensed engineer, that identifies the availability of groundwater in a particular area and formation, addresses the issues of quantity and quality of that water and the impacts of pumping that water on the surrounding environment including impacts to nearby or adjacent wells. The report also will include field data from aquifer testing and geologic samples.
