The "approved market rent" shall be the greater of the achievable market rent or the HUD Contract Rent for Section 8 Certificate holders, or the maximum allowable rent for the Programs; (ii) implement any increase in rent resulting from the recertification process without providing the thirty (30) day notice that otherwise may be required by Paragraph C; or (iii) terminate the Resident's tenancy for failure to recertify.
