SCCs means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and implemented by the European Commission decision 2021/914, dated 4 June 2021.
ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.
dwarfism means a medical or genetic condition resulting in an adult height of 4 feet 10 inches (147 centimeters) or less;
Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
