Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.
OFAC Laws means any laws, regulations, and executive orders relating to the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 50 U.S.C. sections 1701 et seq.; the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 App. U.S.C. sections 1 et seq.; and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury Regulations, 31 C.F.R. Parts 500 et seq. (implementing the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC).
AML Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to any Lender, the Company or the Company’s Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to anti-money laundering.
PRC Laws means all applicable national, provincial and local laws, regulations, rules, notices, orders, decrees and judicial interpretations of the PRC currently in effect and publicly available on the date of this opinion.
FDA Laws means all applicable statutes, rules, regulations and orders administered or issued by the FDA, including without limitation, the FD&C Act and its implementing regulations.
