HRB Financial Statements definition

HRB Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.05.
HRB Financial Statements means (i) the audited consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of HRB and subsidiaries as of March 31, 2003 and 2002 and the consolidated statements of income, changes in stockholders' equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of HRB and subsidiaries for each of the three years ended March 31, 2003, 2002 and 2001, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of HRB and subsidiaries as of the end of each calendar quarter following March 31, 2003 and for the periods then ended.
