House Supervisor definition

House Supervisor is a separate job classification and is defined as a Registered Nurse who 10 has applied for and been selected by the Employer for the House Supervisor position, in its 11 discretion. House Supervisors with a dedicated FTE of .5 or below are included in the bargaining 12 unit, and are subject to selection and removal from the House Supervisor position in management’s 13 discretion. If removed, the nurse shall have the option of assuming an equivalent FTE staff 14 position, provided the nurse remains in good standing.

Examples of House Supervisor in a sentence

  • Union representatives shall report to the Human Resources (HR) Department (or to the House Supervisor when HR is closed), present identification, as needed, and advise management of the areas to be visited.

  • If the DCA can book an event of equal or higher rental income for that date, the rental fee deposit, security deposit and House Supervisor fee will be refunded.

  • The remainder of the rental fee, as well as the security deposit, House Supervisor fee and proof of insurance (see below) is required no later than 90 days before the event.

  • All decorating must be done under the supervision of the House Supervisor.

  • The DCA reserves the right to cancel any rentals due to conditions beyond its control – in which case, the rental fee, security deposit and House Supervisor fee will be returned.

  • A House Supervisor, employed by the DCA, will be on hand for the hours the DCA Meadowlands is in use.

  • Floating to another unit or performing other work assigned by the House Supervisor in lieu of taking a low census day will also count towards the employee’s low census rotation.

  • Before leaving the Medical Center, an employee who was called back to work while on call shall check with their supervisor, House Supervisor, or designee.

  • Security deposit (see below) • One-day insurance policy (see page 3 – may be waived depending on size/nature of event) • House Supervisor fee for any hourly room rentals: $30/hour (see page 4).

  • The schedule of SDO’s shall be established by mutual agreement between the Executive Director and the House Supervisor.
