Hotel Complex definition

Hotel Complex means the Radisson Hotel Facility and the Park Inn Hotel Facility;
Hotel Complex shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2. “Hotel Development Costs” means all hard and soft costs in connection with the design and construction of the Hotel Complex, including but not limited to, the cost of installation of FF&E and OSE, Governmental Agency Approvals, Exactions, Standard Development Fees, franchise fees, development fees to Developer, debt service, insurance, and reserves for operating shortfalls, all as set forth in the Approved Budget.

  • The Concessionaire has failed to obtain the MoT accreditation, for Hotel Complex, in any given calendar year and has failed to re-obtain the requisite MOT accreditation within the “Concessionaire’s Proposal to Rectify” and / or the “Cure Period” as provided under Article 6.2 (a).

  • Also, during this Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall be required to develop Hotel Complex, Banquet Facility, Coffee Shop, Indoor Activity Zone, Food Court and Parking on the Project Site.

  • Tenant acknowledges that the Hotel Complex is a first class hotel and that the maintenance of Landlord’s and the Hotel Complex’s reputation and the goodwill of all of Landlord’s guests and invitees is absolutely essential to Landlord and that any impairment thereof whatsoever will cause great damage to Landlord.

  • The Concessionaire shall obtain MoT Accreditation for Hotel Complex/ Project within a period of 30 (thirty) months from the Project Construction Completion Certificate.

  • The Client shall be liable for other violations in accordance with the Rules of Stay at the Hotel Complex.

  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord is a signatory to collective bargaining agreements (collectively “Landlord’s Collective Bargaining Agreements”) with each of the foregoing entities relative to the Hotel Complex.

  • All remaining construction warranties related to the Hotel Complex (collectively, the “Construction Warranties”) are in force for the remainder of their validity period), and no waiver has been made under any Construction Warranty.

Related to Hotel Complex

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • Resort complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.
