Hospital Rules definition

Hospital Rules means such rules, regulations, policies and procedures adopted by the Hospital that uniformly apply to all persons who conduct all or a portion of their work in the Hospital. The Hospital’s Rules apply to Members of the Medical Staff unless they conflict with language or provisions found in these Bylaws which have already been approved by the Board.

  • Psychologists will provide services within the legal and professional definition of their discipline and in accordance with Hospital Rules and Regulations.

  • Where there is a conflict between the Inova Alexandria Hospital Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and a more recent Inova Health System Policy, the policy will take precedence.

  • School Rules means the body of rules of the School as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School.   • Provider of health care means a physician or physician assistant licensed pursuant to chapter 630, 630A or 633 of NRS, perfusionist, dentist, licensed nurse, dispensing optician, optometrist, practitioner of respiratory care, registered physical therapist, podiatric physician, licensed psychologist, licensed audiologist, licensed speech-language pathologist, licensed hearing aid specialist, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed clinical professional counselor, chiropractor, licensed dietitian or doctor of Oriental medicine in any form.
