Related to Honoree(s)

  • Drawing means the drawing or drawings specified in or annexed to the Specifications;

  • Honor of a letter of credit means performance of the issuer's undertaking in the letter of credit to pay or deliver an item of value. Unless the letter of credit otherwise provides, "honor" occurs:

  • Manicurist means an individual who engages in the practice of manicuring but no other branch of cosmetology in a licensed facility.

  • Drawee means a person ordered in a draft to make payment.

  • Drawing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b) hereof.
