Holidaymaker definition

Holidaymaker means the person or persons making the Booking.

  • In the event the Holidaymaker does not have phone reception at the location where they are staying, the Holidaymaker must make all reasonable efforts to make a call from a nearby public telephone or send us an email.

  • In respect of foreseeable loss, the liability of the Owner to the Holidaymaker shall be limited to the fee only.
