Historically significant case definition

Historically significant case means a case involving a unique legal issue or controversy, prominent party, or other high profile or newsworthy aspects, and that has been so designated pursuant to the process established in subsection (F) of this section.

  • Historically Underutilized Business or “HUB” means a minority or women-owned business as defined by Texas Government Code, Chapter 2161.

  • Sexually oriented business means an adult arcade, adult bookstore or adult video store, adult cabaret, adult motel, adult motion picture theater, adult theater, escort agency, nude model studio, or sexual encounter center.

  • Consolidated Businesses means the General Partner, the Borrower and their wholly-owned Subsidiaries.

  • Principally Above Ground means that at least 51% of the actual cash value of the structure is above ground.

  • Significant Assets means one or more assets or businesses which, when purchased, optioned or otherwise acquired by the CPC, together with any other concurrent transactions, would result in the CPC meeting the initial listing requirements of the Exchange.
