Historic preservation programs definition

Historic preservation programs means programs conducted by a public or private entity that have preservation of historic properties as a primary purpose. [PL 1995, c. 393, §27 (NEW).]

  • State historic preservation officer or "officer" means the state historic preservation officer appointed by the governor under 16 U.S.C. 470a.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts.
