Platoon Members shall receive in accordance with Section 23, Working In A Higher Job Rank, that meet the certification eligibility requirements to act, the following hourly rate in addition to Platoon Personnel $0.44 2nd Acting Certification $0.66 Members shall only receive one rate for acting certification.
higher education means higher education within the meaning of Part 2 of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992;
Higher Education Act means the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, together with any rules, regulations and interpretations thereunder.
Higher education institution means an institution as defined by Sections 401(f), (g) and (h) of the federal Higher Education Facilities Act of 1963, as amended.
Institution of higher education means an institution of higher education listed in Section 53B-2-101.
Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.
