High Level MBORC Declaration definition

High Level MBORC Declaration means any declaration by the Dominant Provider in respect of a Relevant Region (or a part thereof) that an MBORC has occurred in relation to network access to Wholesale Line Rental but only in respect of ‘major’ MBORC declarations;

  • Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0) means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).
