High Error definition
High Error means an Error which represents a failure of expected functionality that causes serious degradation to Licensee’s use of the Software production system.
High Error means a reproducible error in the Licensed Application that involves partial, non-critical loss of use of the Licensed Application that causes a medium-to-low impact on Customer’s business, but Customer’s business as it relates to the Licensed Application continues to function, including by using a procedural work around.
High Error. A High Error occurs when (i) a Primary Functionality of the Cage Software is inaccessible, unusable, inoperative or degraded or retarded to such an extent that the Player experience is materially adversely affected but a reasonable Work Around exists; or (ii) a Secondary Functionality of the Cage Software is inaccessible, unusable or inoperative and there is no Work Around.
Examples of High Error in a sentence
GP shall diagnose a High Error within forty-eight (48) hours of notification by GET21 and will implement a fix or a Work Around as soon as reasonably possible and in no event more than four (4) calendar days after initial notification by GET21.
High: Error causes major feature/function failure; operations are severely restricted; workaround is available.
