Lawfully admitted for permanent residence means the status of having been lawfully accorded the privilege of residing permanently in the United States as an immigrant in accordance with the immigration laws, such status not having changed.
Unsuitable for Its Permitted Use means a state or condition of the Hotel such that (a) following any damage or destruction involving the Hotel, the Hotel cannot be operated in the reasonable judgment of Tenant on a commercially practicable basis for its Permitted Use and it cannot reasonably be expected to be restored to substantially the same condition as existed immediately before such damage or destruction, and as otherwise required by Section 10.2.4, within nine (9) months following such damage or destruction or such shorter period of time as to which business interruption insurance is available to cover Rent and other costs related to the Leased Property following such damage or destruction, or (b) as the result of a partial taking by Condemnation, the Hotel cannot be operated, in the reasonable judgment of Tenant on a commercially and economically practicable basis for its Permitted Use in light of then existing circumstances.
Placed for adoption means the assumption and retention of a legal obligation by a person for the total or partial support of a child in anticipation of adoption of the child. If the legal obligation ceases to exist, the child is no longer considered placed for adoption. [PL 1993, c. 666, Pt. A, §1 (NEW).]
Adjusted for inflation means increased in accordance with the formula for inflation adjustment set forth in Exhibit C to the Master Settlement Agreement.
Unsuitable for Its Primary Intended Use means that, by reason of damage or destruction, or a partial Taking by Condemnation, the Facility cannot be operated on a commercially practicable basis for its Primary Intended Use, taking into account, all relevant factors, and the effect of such damage or destruction or partial Taking.
Home use means use in a household or its immediate environment.
Legitimate law enforcement purpose means a goal within the lawful authority of an officer that is to be achieved through methods or conduct condoned by the officer’s appointing authority.
Government purpose means any activity in which the United States Government is a party, including cooperative agreements with international or multi-national defense organizations, or sales or transfers by the United States Government to foreign governments or international organizations. Government purposes include competitive procurement, but do not include the rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose technical data for commercial purposes or authorize others to do so.
Government purpose rights means the rights to—
Amount Held for Future Distribution As to the Certificates on any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount held in each Collection Account at the close of business on the related Determination Date on account of (i) Principal Prepayments, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds on the Mortgage Loans received after the end of the related Prepayment Period and (ii) all Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans due after the end of the related Due Period.
re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;
Amounts Held for Future Distribution As to any Remittance Date, amounts on account of (i) all Unscheduled Principal Receipts received after the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period ending in the month of such Remittance Date and all related payments of interest on such principal prepayments and amounts received from the Servicer or a Representing Party in the month of such Remittance Date as the Purchase Price for any repurchased Mortgage Loan and (ii) payments which represent early receipt of scheduled payments of principal and interest due on a date or dates subsequent to the related Due Date.
License, permit, or other entitlement for use means all business, professional, trade and land use licenses and permits and all other entitlements for use, including all entitlements for land use, all contracts (other than competitively bid, labor, or personal employment contracts), and all franchises.
Eligible In-Transit Inventory means, as of any date of determination thereof, without duplication of other Eligible Inventory, In-Transit Inventory:

Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee. The consignor and the carrier must ensure that any loading or unloading is performed by personnel having radiological training and resources appropriate for safe handling of the consignment. The consignor must issue specific instructions, in writing, for maintenance of exclusive use shipment controls, and include them with the shipping paper information provided to the carrier by the consignor.
Requests for Information means a request for information or an apparent request under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations;
Available government assistance means any governmental rental or housing payment benefits available to the individual or any household member.
Public use means a publicly owned project or a privately owned project that is available for use by the public.
Request for Information shall have the meaning set out in FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations as relevant (where the meaning set out for the term “request” shall apply).
Government-furnished property means property in the possession of, or directly acquired by, the Government and subsequently furnished to the Contractor for performance of a contract. Government-furnished property includes, but is not limited to, spares and property furnished for repair, maintenance, overhaul, or modification. Government-furnished property also includes contractor-acquired property if the contractor-acquired property is a deliverable under a cost contract when accepted by the Government for continued use under the contract.
