If the Master Servicer determines it is required to make an Advance, it shall, on or before the Master Servicer Advance Date, either (i) deposit into the Certificate Account an amount equal to the Advance or (ii) make an appropriate entry in its records relating to the Certificate Account that any Amount Held for Future Distribution has been used by the Master Servicer in discharge of its obligation to make any such Advance.

Any Amounts Held for Future Distribution and so used shall be appropriately reflected in the Servicer's records and replaced by the Servicer by deposit in the Collection Account on or before any future Remittance Date to the extent required.

Any Amounts Held for Future Distribution and so used shall be appropriately reflected in such Servicer's records and replaced by such Servicer by deposit in the related Collection Account on or before any future Remittance Date to the extent required.
In lieu of making all or a portion of such Advance from its own funds, the Company may (i) cause to be made an appropriate entry in its records relating to the Protected Account that any Amounts Held for Future Distribution has been used by the Company in discharge of its obligation to make any such Advance and (ii) transfer such funds from the Protected Account to the Distribution Account.
In addition, the Servicer shall have the right to reimburse itself for any outstanding P&I Advance made from its own funds from Amounts Held for Future Distribution.
If the Servicer determines it is required to make a Periodic Advance, it shall, on or before the Servicer Advance Date, either (a) deposit into the Servicer Custodial Account an amount equal to the Advance and/or (b) make an appropriate entry in its records relating to the Servicer Custodial Account that any portion of the Amount Held for Future Distribution in the Servicer Custodial Account has been used by the Servicer in discharge of its obligation to make any such Periodic Advance.
Any portion of the Amount Held for Future Distribution so used shall be replaced by the Servicer by deposit in the Payment Account on or before 11:00 A.M. New York time on any future Payment Account Deposit Date to the extent that funds attributable to the Mortgage Loans that are available in the Custodial Account for deposit in the Payment Account on such Payment Account Deposit Date shall be less than payments to Certificateholders required to be made on the following Distribution Date.
Any portion of the Amount Held for Future Distribution used to pay Monthly Advances shall be replaced by the Servicer by deposit into the Custodial Account on any future Remittance Date to the extent that the funds that are available in the Custodial Account for remittance to the Owner on such Remittance Date are less than the amount of payments required to be made to the Owner on such Remittance Date.
