HDM Modules definition

HDM Modules has the meaning set forth in the R&D Agreement;
HDM Modules has the meaning set out in Section 2.1(2)(b) and Schedule “A”.

Examples of HDM Modules in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the LCS Stacks, R&D Products and components of the HDM Modules and Forklift Modules (but not components of the LCS Stacks or Next-Gen Stacks) may be sold in accordance with sales and distribution guidelines approved by the Board.

  • The Next-Gen Stack, HDM Modules and Forklift Modules will be collectively referred to as the “R&D Products”, and the development programs outlined above shall be collectively referred to as the “Development Programs”.

Related to HDM Modules

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations, and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these regulations, "radiobioassay" is an equivalent term.

  • Beam axis means a line from the source through the centers of the x-ray fields.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).
