Registered Public Accounting Firm has the meaning specified in the Securities Laws and shall be independent of the Borrower as prescribed by the Securities Laws.
Topcoat means a coating that is applied over a primer on an aerospace vehicle or component for appearance, identification, camouflage, or protection. Topcoats that are defined as specialty coatings are not included under this definition.
Time of Sale Information means all information with respect to the offering of the Certificates which has been conveyed to an investor at the Time of Sale to such investor.
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
Qualified Public Offering means the Company’s underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Act, covering the offer and sale of shares of Class B Common Stock in which not less than $25,000,000 of gross proceeds from such public offering are received by the Company for the account of the Company.
