Handover Document means the document provided to the Customer upon handover of the active Service to the Customer.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Interoute agrees to use its reasonable efforts to provide at least five (5) days advanced notice to Customer before delivering the Service Handover Document.

• Any suspected Incidents should be reported to the GTT Client Contact Center using the procedures detailed in the Service Handover Document to be provided on the Ready for Service Date.
