GVS Note definition

GVS Note means the note given by Debtor to GVS as partial consideration for the purchase of the GVS Shares.

Related to GVS Note

  • Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
