Guaranteed Performance Ratio definition

Guaranteed Performance Ratio shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit H.
Guaranteed Performance Ratio is defined in the Key Information Table.

Examples of Guaranteed Performance Ratio in a sentence

  • The Effective Performance Ratio PReff value will be calculated according to the procedure of annex 9 and compared with the MGPR (Minimum Guaranteed Performance Ratio).

  • Performance Ratio (PR) means the ratio of plant output versus installed plant capacity at any instance with respect to the radiation measured. PR= (Measured output in kW / Installed Plant capacity in kW * (1000 W/m2/Measured radiation intensity in W/m2).

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Basket Performance means a decimal number calculated by applying the following formula:
