GTECH definition
GTECH means GTECH S.p.A., a joint stock company organized under the laws of Italy.
GTECH or “Transferor” means G3 TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a public listed company limited by shares, incorporated in Pakistan under repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 and having its registered office at 10-N, Model Town Extension, Lahore.
