Gross Orders definition

Gross Orders means the number of orders on System Report SLS929, or other such report as the parties shall mutually agree.

Examples of Gross Orders in a sentence

  • If the Aggregated Gross Orders exceeds 2,500,000 orders, COMPANY shall be entitled to a ten percent discount.

  • Orders that have been cancelled for any reason, in time to prevent such order from reaching the warehouse floor, shall not be included in the count of Gross Orders.

  • NewRoads has notified Bluefly that under the terms of the Agreement, and based upon the Actual Gross Orders handled by NewRoads on behalf of Bluefly during the 12 months ending 7/31/2003, an adjustment to the Fixed Fee charged to Bluefly is due.

  • The resulting product of the Fixed Fee Per Order multiplied by the Gross Orders shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Total Fixed Charge." In the event the Company institutes a continuity program whereby goods are sent to customers on a regular basis pursuant to a single order processed into the System, the Fixed Fee Per Order for any such order shall be agreed between the parties.

  • Similarly, items released from backorder status shall not be counted as orders for purposes of calculating Gross Orders.

  • If the Aggregated Gross Orders exceeds 3,000,000 orders, COMPANY shall be entitled to a 15 percent discount.

  • Merchandise Exchange Orders shall not be included in the calculation of Gross Orders to the extent that they number fewer than three percent (3%) of Gross Orders.

  • The Aggregated Gross Orders shall include the total of the Gross Orders billed under any applicable Statement of Work in the most recent 12 months for which billing has been completed.

  • By execution and delivery of this Amendment, NewRoads waives any right it may have to adjust the Fixed Fee based on the Actual Gross Orders for the 12 months ending 7/31/2003 (namely the approximately $[***] adjustment described above).

  • If the Aggregated Gross Orders exceeds 2,000,000 orders, COMPANY shall be entitled to a five percent discount.

Related to Gross Orders

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.

  • Good order for initial premium payments means that the Part 1 of the Application is completed, a suitability review and approval have occurred, all producer licensing issues are resolved, all owner and insured information is furnished, all signatures are obtained, all premium has been received, including any subsequent premiums already due, and all other requirements are satisfied as determined by the Company.

  • Sales Order means any order form or other writing agreed between the parties identifying the Services to be made available by Expel pursuant to this Agreement, the subscription term, and any limitations or restrictions in connection with Customer’s access to and use of such Services.

  • Purchase Order(s) means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Back Ordered Products If product is not expected to ship within the time provided to the TIPS Member by the Vendor, the Member is to be notified within 3 business days and appropriate action taken based on customer request.
