Compensation Options definition
Compensation Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in the opening paragraphs of this Agreement;
Compensation Options means the options of the Company to be issued to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.2 hereof to acquire Compensation Shares;
Compensation Options has the meaning ascribed in Section 8.1.
Examples of Compensation Options in a sentence
The Unit Shares, Warrants, Warrant Shares, Compensation Options (as defined below) and all securities comprising, underlying or issuable pursuant to the Compensation Options shall be subject to a statutory four-month hold period in Canada set out in National Instrument 45-102 – Resale of Securities and to a minimum concurrent six-month hold period under applicable U.S. securities laws.
